Dear ACBS Member,

As you may know, on June 20th, the ACBS Board of Directors voted unanimously to cancel this year’s ACBS Boat Show September 18-19th at the Coeur d’Alene Resort (Idaho) due to Coronavirus Pandemic. All pre-events organized by the Inland Empire Chapter were also canceled. The Annual Membership Meeting will be held via Go-To-Meeting on Saturday, September 19th from 11am-2pm eastern time. A separate announcement with details for the virtual annual membership meeting will be sent soon.

Following the cancellation of the 2020 boat show, the ACBS Board of Directors sought input from members and sponsors on the future boat show schedule during a 3-week comment period. An ad-hoc committee led by Vice President Rob Lyons reviewed the comments and carefully deliberated all options. The ACBS Board of Directors held a meeting on Saturday, July 25th and voted unanimously to accept the committee’s recommendation to push back the event schedule by one year.
